Meet Chef Austin
Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, Chef Austin Ellison grew up surrounded by the rich traditions of Southern cooking — smoky barbecue, slow-simmered stews, biscuits from scratch, and meals that bring people together around the table.
In 2024, Austin made the move to Seattle, bringing his deep love of down-home country comfort food to the Pacific Northwest. But he didn't leave his creativity behind — Austin also brings a crisp, modern city sensibility to his cooking when the occasion calls for it.
